2. 90-Day Quality Warranty
We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 90-day warranty covering manufacturing and quality defects.

Coverage: This covers structural defects arising from the manufacturing process.

Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, or natural wear and tear.

Natural Variations: Slight variations in grain and color are natural characteristics of solid wood and are not considered manufacturing defects.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately so we can provide a solution:

Reporting Period: Please report any damage or defects within 5 days of delivery.

How to Report: Email support@sprouthands.com with your Order Number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Resolution: For confirmed arrival damage, we will evaluate each case and may issue a full refund or replacement. In cases where the damage is clearly documented, we typically do not require you to ship the item back.
4. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain safety and transparency, the following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used or show signs of post-delivery damage.

Final Sale items (clearly marked as "Clearance").
